⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Naziya and Reshma at Ritu Kumar's Mumbai Bandra store. We purchased a couple of beautiful dresses for a family member, but upon arriving in Jaipur for a wedding, we realized we had bought one size too big. We were able to arrange for a master tailor at our hotel and temporarily fix the dresses. The tailor successfully adjusted one dress, but the other design could not be altered. I reached out to Naziya, and she went out of her way to help us! Not to worry- Naziya quickly arranged for a replacement dress to be shipped by courier to Jaipur and we received it just in time for the second gala. This level of service truly deserves five stars! Huge thanks to Naziya and Reshma for their dedication and to Ritu Kumar for having such an outstanding team. Highly recommend!
