A wonderful shopping experience at Ritu Kumar, Rutland Gate! The collection here is fantastic — great variety and something for every style. But what truly made this visit special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially the manager Jeevithika. She was incredibly patient, helped me try on several outfits, and was right there assisting throughout the entire process. She made the whole experience feel comfortable, fun, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to find service that genuinely makes you want to buy more — not because of pressure, but because of how good she made the experience feel. Loved my experience at this store. Such beautiful outfits and the store manager Ms.Jeevitha was so helpful and kind, she really took the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy and showed us a variety of options and made sure I got the right fit, all of which were beautiful :) Will definitely be back!
